XPL CRICKET CLUB – Terms & Conditions (Updated 2025)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a member or participating in any activity organized by XPL Cricket Club, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all players, coaches, guests, and visitors associated with the club.
2. Membership & Registration
- Membership is open to individuals who complete the registration process and agree to the club’s policies.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
- The club reserves the right to approve or reject membership applications without prior notice.
- Membership benefits and validity depend on the plan selected (e.g., match pack, seasonal, or yearly).
3. Fees & Payment Policy
- All membership and match fees are to be paid in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of event cancellation by the club.
- Any pending payments must be cleared before participation in matches or tournaments.
- The club reserves the right to revise fees and plans at any time without prior notice.
4. Player Responsibilities
- Players must arrive on time and maintain discipline during matches and training sessions.
- Players are responsible for their personal equipment and belongings.
- The club is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior, abusive language, or misconduct may result in suspension or termination of membership.
5. Health & Safety
- Players must ensure they are medically fit before participating in matches.
- The club will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during play, practice, or travel.
- All participants are encouraged to use proper safety gear, including helmets and pads.
6. Team Selection & Matches
- Teams will be selected based on player performance, attendance, and management discretion.
- The Reserve Teams (XPL RED & XPL BLUE) may be used to substitute unavailable players.
- Match schedules may change due to weather, ground conditions, or management decisions.
- The management’s decision regarding team selection, match results, or awards is final.
7. Photography & Media Rights
By joining XPL Cricket Club, members consent to the use of their photos, videos, or match clips for promotional purposes on the club’s website, social media, and advertisements.
8. Code of Conduct
- Respect teammates, opponents, and officials at all times.
- Maintain discipline, honesty, and fair play on and off the field.
- Use of alcohol, drugs, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited at all club events.
- The management reserves the right to suspend or expel members violating these principles.
9. Cancellation & Suspension
- The club may suspend or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Players removed for misconduct or rule violations will not receive any refunds or compensation.
10. Privacy Policy
XPL Cricket Club respects your privacy. Personal information collected during registration is used solely for club operations and communication purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
11. Policy Updates
XPL Cricket Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on the official website. Members are advised to review this section regularly.
