3. Agreement Terms

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that the fee charged is for providing facilities like maintenance of playing ground/venue, website/mobile application upkeep, equipment maintenance, server maintenance, ground staff remuneration, and consumables. I also acknowledge that matches are organized purely for fitness and entertainment purposes with no-profit objective. I hereby apply for membership in the Recreational Cricket Management (XPL Cricket Club) and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

4. Membership Period

1. Guest Membership is valid for the specific day and for 1 match only.
2. Regular Membership is valid for one month and for 4 subsequent matches.
3. Regular Membership options include 1 month / 3 months / 6 months / 12 months according to the plan purchased.

5. Matches’ Schedule and General Rules

1. The Club will host cricket matches every Sunday between 2 teams.
2. Every year, 1 series of matches will be conducted in the month of March between 2 or more teams.
3. Members participating in a match must adhere to the schedule provided by the management.
4. Special Series matches are not included in regular plans and are charged separately. Information will be provided on the website and via official communication.
5. Members confirming their availability but failing to appear without notice will be marked present; no match adjustment will apply.
6. Prime Members are prioritized for Series matches and captaincy roles.
7. Members must have played at least 5 regular matches with consistent performance to be eligible for captaincy nomination.

6. Payments

• All payments must be made in advance.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Members must maintain an active account to participate.

7. Management’s Rights

• The management reserves the right to modify match schedules, rules, and regulations.
• The Management Board holds full authority to make decisions in the best interest of the Club.
• The Board may alter match schedules, formats, and rules as necessary.
• Please refer to our website for updates and newsletters regarding rules and regulations.

8. Duties of Members

• Members must follow management guidelines during matches and events.
• Maintain high standards of sportsmanship and fair play.
• Confirm match availability by Friday for upcoming Sunday matches through call or message.
• Respect fellow members, officials, and facilities.
• Arrive promptly; late arrivals may not be allowed to play.
• Report any changes in personal details to management.
• Any form of discrimination, harassment, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
• Members are responsible for their personal equipment and uniforms. Uniforms are mandatory; contact management for purchase if needed.

9. Restrictions on External Matches

• Members cannot play for other clubs during active membership. Violation may lead to termination.
• Members found inducing others to play external matches will be terminated immediately.

10. Code of Conduct / Termination

• Members must adhere to the Code of Conduct at all times.
• Violations may result in suspension or termination.
• Management may terminate membership for rule violations, non-payment, or misconduct.
• Management decisions regarding termination are final and binding.

11. Liability Waiver

• Participation in cricket involves inherent risks. The club is not responsible for injuries or damages incurred during matches.
• Members play voluntarily at their own risk.

13. Declaration
